How could we improve your experience?
It was really wonderful. I think it would be helpful to have some additional written instructions we could take home with us: such as how to clarify butter. It was hard to take notes and watch the demos at the same time.

I've wanted to take this class for a few years. I am so glad that I got to take it. I wish Chef Diane all the best of luck in her new endeavor and plan to take more classes with Chef Thomas in the future. He is a wonderful teacher. You can tell that he loves what he does.

I don't know if it is possible to offer classes on a Saturday every once in awhile.

I would love to have classes on gluten free cooking and baking. Do you also offer private cooking lessons?

Chef Diane and Chef Tom were great. I learned so much and enjoyed taking the classes immensely. I look forward to taking more classes when Chef Tom takes over the business.
