I took the "for the love of food" how to think like a chef" class part 1 and 2 last year. (I guess you can already tell I got enough out of the first class to try the second.) I thought it was a well-organized, well-taught exploration of cooking technique with a lot of encouragement to just try things and stop relying totally on a cookbook. I would highly recommend it.

My boyfriend and I attended the Sushi class and it was a blast!! Chef Diane showed us how to do everything and then let us try on our own! The sushi was so good and I'm surprised how easy it was. She even gave us goodies to take home so we can try it on our own! I can't wait to go to our next class (Foods & Wines of Southern Italy) in March. I would definitely recommend this class!

My 2 boys went to Kids cook summer program last year and had an amazing time. The best part was seeing them so proud to have designed, prepared and served the camp graduation dinner meal to me! Highly recommend this experience for any kids that watch the Food Network incessantly, like mine do!

IItook the "Think Like a Chef" Bootcamp...it was fabulous! Chef Diane is a terrific, encouraging teacher. Not only did she teach us new skills, she also taught us how to correct the mistakes we made; all in a positive manner. I gained new skills that I will be put to use daily. Thanks Chef Diane for a great week!!

I had a wonderful time with Chef Ravi and Diane last night during the indian cooking class. Chef Ravi took a lot of time to explain and show us how to make indian food. He really simplified it for me. We also made a good variety of food which was lovely. Now I feel confident experimenting with other dishes from my cook book. Thanks Chef Ravi.
