I enjoyed myself and had fun: Caroline did an outstanding job of teaching and keeping the flow of conversation light and enjoyable. The food was superb and the recipes excellent -- easy to follow.

The instructor was: I loved hearing about the personal experience and love for Southern France that Caroline has and her reflections about her fondness for her instructor and the trials she experienced during her own learning.

Complexity of the recipes: Good review of fundamentals while offering many good insider cooking secrets that save time and money.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: The three were a great professional team, supported one another well while also offering warmth of teaching and an intimacy that was inclusive.
