The instructor was: I know he was late getting into town, but he seemed as though he wasn't very organized.

The food was: Loved the artichoke tart, Gnudi, and it will be nice to have another way of enjoying panettone. As I'm sure others have also mentioned the pork could have been a little less done, but the flavor was great.

The instructor was: He was very charming and had lots of good advice about cooking . I t was great fun to have him tell stories about Italy, as well.

The atmosphere was: The setting was perfect for observing all the cooking. Pretty subdued group. Maybe they were just hungry. Italian music?

Complexity of the recipes: Most seemed like something I could manage, although were very time consuming.

The food was: The pork was a little tough. I'm wondering if the numerous slices that were made for stuffing, caused the meat to be dry. Great flavor though. Everything else was delicious.

The skills you learned were: I hope I can make the Gnudi. While time consuming, it will be fun to make with a friend .

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Yes, it was a very enjoyable evening!
