The instructor was: It was a great combination of an accomplished chef with comments from Mama Doris. The wine steward also added even more color.

Complexity of the recipes: Would be nice to have had the recipes at the class.

The food was: Fabulous food and wine!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I brought a friend and we both thoroughly enjoyed the class. Thanks!

The instructor was: He was knowledgeable, creative, enthusiastic and a good instructor.

The atmosphere was: A very cozy setting as well as easy for everyone to watch the demonstration.

Complexity of the recipes: We were told we would receive recipes as they were not available that evening. Complexity just goes with Andina - it's a god thing!

The food was: An incredible combination of ingredients!

The skills you learned were: I cook a lot, however it's always nice to pick up something new from classes and especially from talented chefs.

The instructor was: The chef,Hank, Mama Doris, and Ken were spectacular as always.

The atmosphere was: It was a great group. I was especially nice to see Judy and Jerry again.

Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were not that complex, it's finding the ingredients that is complex. I think it bothered some that there were no recipes. The chef explained things very clearly and I took great notes even though no paper or pens were provided

The food was: Absolutely exquisite and the presentations were so beautiful!!!

The skills you learned were: You always learn great tips about how to handle certain common ingredients as well as of course what to do with exotic ingredients. Ken's explanations of why he chose certain wines to go with the food are so educational and interesting to listen to.
