A few of us thought it was suppose to be more hands on. But since the class was rescheduled to a later date it was probably best for me since I am super pregnant! (: Really enjoyed the instructor. Thanks

Although I have never taken a cooking class - I think the rates for classes are high. I wish I could take more classes - this was a treat for me and I am grateful to my employer for the gift certificate.

I thought Oren was very personable and he engaged the class quite nicely. I enjoyed myself very much!

Oren was a top notch instructor, his lesson was well planned and flowed. His tone was friendly and he was comfortable sharing his mastery of bread crafting. He always explained what he was doing and why. He was flexible and incorported typical obstacles that we may encounter while baking bread.
