More accuracy in the printed menu was needed as some proportions were off. Also, measuring flour may be boring, but a helpful thing to weigh an amount for yourself if you're unfamiliar with weight measuring vs. volume. But wonderful recipes to take home and happy to have the cookbook on hand to purchase. |
