The instructor was: Ben is a wonderful presenter with great, great tips and ideas.

The food was: Ben's food is always absolutely spot-on fantastic. It was an imaginative and delicious menu. There was not one single element that I did not think was spectacular.

The skills you learned were: Pickling squash, making the onion jam , roasting pumpkin seeds and braising beef cheeks (if I can ever find them) are definitely on my list to do.
