The instructor was: Very entertaining and enlightening! He is such a wealth of creative ideas and techniques.

The atmosphere was: It was a nice cozy group. I enjoyed catching up with you Barbara. I only wish there were more people there.

Complexity of the recipes: There was really nothing that complex other than the techniques he showed us for filleting a mackerel and breaking down a rabbit.

The food was: As always, absolutely delicioius. I loved everything, even the dessert, especially the graham shortbread. My favorite was the pickled mackerel on the cabbage.

The skills you learned were: Let's see, he filleted a mackerel, showed us how to use caul fat, made a fantastic mustard sauce, broke down a rabbit and showed us how to use the loin and side for another dish. I think that's all pretty inspiring.
