The instructor was: Amy was very personable, she involved the participants as much as possible. I loved the extra historial information that she gave us regarding Mardi Gras and New Orleans. The atmosphere was: Amy stayed after class to show us how to shuck the oysters, how many chefs would be so eager! Complexity of the recipes: Easy to follow recipes can easily be made The food was: The food was abolutely delicious, we enjoyed all of it. In addition, the wine complimented each serving.

The instructor was: I think she engaged the audience well, and gave helpful info to the less experienced. Complexity of the recipes: But then I cook alot and have been for years, BUT, I think for someone just starting out these were VERY good starter recipes. Not intimidating, very encouraging. The skills you learned were: I do not make pastry, we have soooo many good bakers here, but I will try King Cake, that was something I can see me doing year round for a "deesert"..it was soooo good.
