YES, but they have to like chocolate!!! Location was very convenient, parking was ample, access to/from freeways was perfect. Instructor was a gem...energetic, friendly, funny, knowledgeable!

Additional comments and observations
Would love to take more classes of this calibre...am interested in pastry/ baking...from well know folks like George. I have taken classes at Sur La Table from Alice Medrich, Nick Malgieri...etc. You have the picture!
Again, THANK YOU George. It was a delightful way to spend an evening. Time went by far too quickly. My husband was waiting for me to get home to dig into the chocolates!!! Have to hide them right now so that I can savor them.
