Additional comments and observations The instructor was: I liked learning about the history of the foods. The Chef seemed a little bossy towards the assistant. The assistants were very helpful/courteous. The atmosphere was: Would have enjoyed introductions to the other attendees - unless I missed this part? The food was: Yummy! I enjoyed myself and had fun: Parking at that time was horrible.
