Nancy was awesome, Dan a little stiff. My recommendation would be impacted if Nancy was not there. Sherrie & Barbara were great. I really liked wandering around in a professional kitchen. Some down time, but it was OK. The recipes need to be proof read, many incomplete instuctions.

The class was very informative-the whys. Absolutely. I cook a lot and have for over four decades, but I learned a ton. All the attention your need.

I liked the five continuous days of class to really immerse your mind in what your are doing. Focus!!

Great class - loved Chef Brophy. This would have been fun to take with a friend or spouse - the only thing I would improve on is that it would have been nice to have another stove top to cook on. Sometimes teams were left waiting for another to get done. Other than that I really enjoyed the class. Cheers!

There was some down time in which it seemed we could have been cooking/learning. Loved the instructors and their personalities, but would have liked more demonstrations of cooking and less talk about professional kitchens, buying/pricing food for restaurant kitchens, opening a restaurant/catering business, etc.

Absolutely! Especially for those of us who have minimal skills in the kitchen.

Jeremy and Adam have 2 very different personalities. Individually they are both very talented and able to handle the class of such varying skill levels. Together they are a fantastic team. I will look forward to attending other classes. Please let me know when my chef's jacket arrives. Thanks! Ruth Ann

yes, lots of helpful instruction, supportive chefs, opportunity to accomplish a lot in a short time.

Loved the variety of things we tackled. Take home food was a real bonus since i was saturated with tasting and eating all day. Good strategy to work with different classmates to understand different styles and meet new friends. Jeremy and Adam were very patient, competent chefs with lots of experience to share. They kept an even pace, gave clear instructions, and were understanding of different levels of expertise in the kitchen. I very much appreciated the hospitality of coffee in the morning and lots of water to drink. Mapping out where things are located in the kitchen would have saved me a lot of time wandering around looking for ingredients and equipment. A field trip to local purveyors was mentioned in the class description, but not offered during the class. I'd suggest the person taking registrations by phone might offer hotels nearby to those from out of the area. The kitchen was very cold when the fan was on. Being very explicit about bringing take home containers would have been helpful, along the lines of: bring 10 containers which could hold a small amount of sauce, some for meat, some for pasta, a vessel for soup, dessert, etc...Overall, a great class, I enjoyed it very much. Jeremy and Adam are very personable, and had a calming effect on those of us who could get a little stressed while under pressure to learn something new and put out a palatable meal. Thank you!

Yes I would recommend the class. I thought Jeremy and Adam were wonderful. They were so knowledgable and willing to share so many things. They worked so well together and were fun. They were very patient with me since I am not that experienced. I really appreciated their help.

There were so many things covered during classes that I know I missed things like the sausage making. We could have used one more mixer and power at our station. We didn't get to do the cookies because we ran out of time since we had to wait for a mixed. We didn't care because we were tired by then anyway. Great class. I will look fo more done by Adam or Jeremy. Probably only 1/2 day or one day sessions. I like day time not evening classes.
