Complexity of the recipes: At my level, boiling water is very easy, browning meat is easy, average includes adding a sauce to something, and complex is more than 4 ingredients! I think with the great recipes and tips I could actually pull each of these dishes together at home, but I'm still a bit intimidated! I can't wait to take the 6 session "Basics" course in the future to increase my comfort level with all things cooking-related!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: This was a great way to get my husband involved in the kitchen and a good introduction to how much I would get out of hands-on classes. We enjoyed the class and we'll bring friends to do it again sometime!
