Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Louisa kept the whole night interesting, and kept a very friendly atmosphere going with the class. The atmosphere was: The other couples in the class turned out to be fun to work with. Complexity of the recipes: The work involved was just about right - enough work to get some experience, and try things I have not done before, but not hard enough to take the fun out of the evening. The food was: Each course used ingredients that I have not worked with before, and resulted in new tastes - the food was very good. I enjoyed myself and had fun: This was the first time we have tried any type of cooking class, and my wife and I both had a great time.
