Complexity of the recipes: There was nothing too complex. Some of the people mentioned to me that they do not know how to cook well and thought they could do these recipes.
The food was: Everything was delicious. I especially loved the orzo salad with the addition of fruit juices in the stock and the red grapes along with the roasted vegetables. It is something I would never have thought of.
The skills you learned were: After taking three of Dave's classes what I appreciate most is his use of fruit juices in salad dressings and stocks to build a extremely flavorful and low-fat result. He also adds great tips on just general things. I really appreciated his method for roasting chicken.
