Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: But had depth and flavor and I liked his discussion about foods and freshness and the seasons. Stuff I know but like to hear again. The food was: The duck breast was wonderful! The skills you learned were: I liked his mortar and pestle and forgot to ask where he purchased it. Although I may just stick to using the electric grinder. The flavors were so aromatic.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: I thought that he was totally interesting. Gave us some info about himself. Just enough to make him intriguing, but not full of himself!! The atmosphere was: Very comfortable & your staff was right on top of all that needed to be done! Complexity of the recipes: Planning to do the fennel salad tonight! I enjoyed myself and had fun: Enjoyed talking to the people around me.
