Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Not only was she entertaining, she was so informative about the culture behind Chilean cuisine. She did a great job showing us the steps involved in making each dish. I loved her as a presenter. The atmosphere was: It was a fun group. Complexity of the recipes: There was really nothing that complex but I took away lots of tips nonetheless. The food was: Everything was absolutely spot on.
