A mirror over the cooking area would be good. A comment to let participants they should go ahead and eat while the food is hot rather than waiting politely until everyone is served. |

yes, Adam was great. I wasn't there to be entertained - I wanted to learn. He was very personable, knowledgeable and was a great instructor for this type of demonstration class. |

How about a class called "home style cooking with pizazz !" Or how to pair foods. Called. "what goes with this?". "How to cook a dinner for your boss and not get fired" |
