Need more mirrors around the size of the demo cooking space. Very difficult to see if you are sitting on the sides. |

Adam is the best!!! His demo, presentation and food were outstanding. Everything was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed sitting next to Kathie again. It's been a while. And, of course, Cheryl adds so much more to a class than any other chef's helper you have. It was so great to see her in that role again. |

Crab was very rich, could've ended and gone right to dessert after the crab cake entree the braised pork was just too decadent. |
