Need more mirrors around the size of the demo cooking space. Very difficult to see if you are sitting on the sides.

Adam is the best!!! His demo, presentation and food were outstanding. Everything was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed sitting next to Kathie again. It's been a while. And, of course, Cheryl adds so much more to a class than any other chef's helper you have. It was so great to see her in that role again.

absolutely!

Crab was very rich, could've ended and gone right to dessert after the crab cake entree the braised pork was just too decadent.
