The instructor was: Cory is such a wealth of food information. I love listening to him. He was particularly funny last night too.

The atmosphere was: A fun, fun group. A good time was had by all

Complexity of the recipes: There was really nothing too complex but again, he has talent and experience you always gain a few tips.

The food was: Absolutley delicious. I even ate most of the dessert!

The skills you learned were: I love his inclusion of new ingredients in unexpected combinations. I thought the quinoa and kumat grains in his salad with apples was exceptional. As he said you really did not need the scallop to go with it.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: He is one of your best presenters. He is organized, at ease, efficient. It is always an enjoyable, fruitful evening that ends at a decent hour.

The atmosphere was: The group was not one to interact...nothing your company could have done about that except maybe introductions of the group to each other at the beginning of the class.
