Additional comments and observations
Enjoyed Leena's discussion on India and Indian culture. Wished we could have all learned the nuances of each of the recipes - the "insiders tips". Because we broke into groups, I feel I only really learned the soup recipe. Wine was just okay. The helpers/servers were terrific. Knives were dull - yikes!

Really liked the instructors comments about the origins of the food and the influence of the Indian history on the different foods of the region.

My first hands-on class and it was more enjoyable than I thought it would be.
