The instructor was: Chef Paley and Mrs. Paley were both very approachable and willing to answer questions.

The atmosphere was: My son and I both really enjoyed the evening. It was fun in addition to providing interesting information and a delicious meal.

Complexity of the recipes: Althought much of the prep work had been done ahead of time, which made the work go faster and smoother than it would be in a home kitchen, I felt that the recipes were all easily doable at home. I even want to try curing my own bacon!

The food was: I've avoided eating tongue until this evening, and was surprised to find it delicious! As was the rest of the meal.

The skills you learned were: I'd like to take your knife skills class some time.
