Additional comments and observations The instructor was: I didn't need Sheila to be entertaining. The content was pretty technical and very interesting. Complexity of the recipes: I'm grading the techniques as recipes, as we actually did no cooking in this class. The techniques varied from simple to complex, but all were eye-openers. The food was: Good pastries!
