Additional comments and observations The instructor was: I loved her emphasis on safety and handwashing. My son and I had a restaurant a few years back and were always nagging everyone about both! The atmosphere was: Interesting group of people. I purposely volunteered to work with 2 gals I hadn't met and it was great fun. Complexity of the recipes: Just right! I did some things I don't usually do (love to cook, and have done cooking classes in the past) and found the challenge "right on" The food was: GREAT RECIPES!
