Complexity of the recipes: Chef Scott explained every reciept to a the point that I felt I could it it in my own kitchen.

The instructor was: He is a wonderful, knowledgeable and accessible presenter.

The food was: Delicious!!!!!

The skills you learned were: What I liked most were the components of the dessert which you know usually interest me the least. I will treasure having the toffee sauce recipe and get a better feeling for making oeufs a la neige after this class. I saw Julia do this long ago. It was great to see it live.
