The instructor was: Louisa is very fun to take classes from - she knows her business and is very friendly/warm to all the participants (in a very professional manner).
The atmosphere was: Great classmates and venue - we all learned so much more than anticipated
Complexity of the recipes: I retained all of the class and am working with a beurre blanc for my dinner party tonight
The food was: The Halibut was most excellent - stick with the Edamame beans and drop the Fava's - they paired much better with the Halibut and Beurre Blanc
The skills you learned were: Who knew that I could actually learn to whip egg whites until they peaked with just a balloon whip! Excellent!
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Met some wonderful people and learned so much more than anywhere else.
