The instructor was: This was the best class I have taken. I learned alot and Chef Cromwell was excellent.

The instructor was: I really liked the casual, relaxed atmosphere. Randall has a great teaching style and made the class fun.

The atmosphere was: It was great to separate into groups and work together. It also allowed time to see when the other groups were doing and watch them and learn

Complexity of the recipes: This class was about a process so it was great that the side dished were already prepared and made it very simple.

The food was: Awesome recipes!

The skills you learned were: I left the class with complete confidenc in my ability to make sausage, understand the process, how to buy all the supllies and meat, etc.

The atmosphere was: all your employes were friendly and helpful. I think we all left the class happy to have met your staff and our fellow students. So, I would say that a convivial atmosphere was encouraged by the staff.

Complexity of the recipes: Recipes were easy but subject to great variety, which is excellent. My main goal was not the recipes, but the techniques, and i was very pleased that i did learn those techniques in this class.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Class was very 'hands on', which made it super enjoyable.
