The instructor was: She was very informative and kept a watchful eye over us while providing us any help we needed.

The atmosphere was: We had a blast! We came in from Chicago and took these lessons as part of our "foodie" tour.. We were paired with a fab couple and had so much fun chatting and cooking our way thru the menu. We stayed after the dinner was over and chatted with the staff and got some great restaurant recommendations as well... Absolutely loved this experience!

Complexity of the recipes: I say very easy, but that's because I'm also a very familiar cook. My daughter, who only cooks a little, found it a little less easy and had to read the recipes more thoroughly, but it wasn't hard by any means.

The food was: Food was yummy delish...

The skills you learned were: I didn't book these lessons to necessarily learn to cook, as I know how to cook quite well... I thought it would be fun to experience the lesson, which it really was. I was not disappointed at all...

I enjoyed myself and had fun: We had too much fun!!! laughed, cooked, got to know some great people and got some awesome restaurant recommendations...
