The atmosphere was: Fun seems a notch better than cheerful.

Complexity of the recipes: The instruction made them easy to execute, but some were complex enough that I probably won't attempt them.

The food was: Everything was delicious! Even items I might have thought I wouldn't like.

Complexity of the recipes: Some were more complex than others....I helped make the soup which I would say was more on the complex side and very time consuming.

The food was: The meats especially were excellent; all moist and close to perfect. My favorite side was the bread pudding!

The skills you learned were: Learning about the best methods with all the different meats was very helpful.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: There was a lot going on so even though the class was long, it went fairly quickly.

The skills you learned were: This was a very practical class. The recipes were great, but it is the techniques that we were most excited about.

The instructor was: Chef Jeremy Niehuss immediately captured my attention with his passion for cooking, and his committment to perfection. He was very imformative, very professional, and very charming!

The atmosphere was: Cheerful, handsome, charming....

Complexity of the recipes: Some of the recipes were more challenging than others, probably the Hollandaise Sauce and the Red Curry and Coconut Butternut squash soup were the most challenging, but not beyond reach for the average passionate cook.

The food was: The flavors exploded on the plate, but also melded together....such a variety, yet all came together beautifully...I only wish my hubby was there to experience the final product....too good not to share with someone special.

The skills you learned were: I was a "roasting want to be", now I have the knowledge and skills to be the roasting queen because I have been taught the simple skills that are required for success. Not hard, but technique and a good thermometer are what is needed. Now, its time for dinner!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Good food makes all the difference! So much of our social life is centered around food, why not provide the best when we have guests over....I am going to love putting a beautiful roast on the table becasue I now know how it should be done!

The instructor was: His business-like presentation was greatly appreciated.

The atmosphere was: Good group of people. All staff was especially cordial; including the dish washer!

Complexity of the recipes: No question went unanswered. Help was immediately available.

The food was: Unbelievable.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: It's always best when learning new skills is accompanied by a good atmosphere and shared with interesting folks.
