Additional comments and observations The instructor was: He was also FULL of info. every chef I have had the pleasure of leaning from, I get useful info, He seemed to takeit one notch further The atmosphere was: I love coming to class at In Good Taste, and of course the shopping is a favorite too! Complexity of the recipes: They were easy, but I felt they looked complex, and they werre certainly showstopping The skills you learned were: and just when I thought I knew alot, I realized how much more there it to learn. I Love this.
