I would definitely recommend this class to others. One of the biggest deterrents to cooking at home is the fact that if you don't know how to use your knives, preparation for even simple recipes can take sooooo much longer than actually cooking them. Preparation shouldn't be the hard part.

This class did not involve any recipes, food, or wine, but I chose "Succulent" anyway.
As for choosing "OK" on the question about having trouble finding the class information I was looking for, it was because of the layout of the website when it comes to displaying calendar and course information. These are both laid out vertically which causes website users to scroll and scroll and scroll through the information. My opinion is that the calendar page should show the current month by default, and then allow users to view different months using previous or next buttons along with an option to choose a specific month. I also think that each different class should have its own page dedicated to it instead of having one
long
page
with
the
descriptions
of
each
course
in
chronological
order.
There are other ways to display information about one class offering while making it easy to see that there are many other class offerings that someone may also be interested in checking out.
All in all, I think your organization does great things. This was the second class I have taken and I'll be taking a third next weekend. I will continue to recommend In Good Taste as a super-cool gift idea...
