The instructor was: I loved that Chef Chureau was so hands on and willing to mix in and be around - always encouraging and giving tips.

The atmosphere was: I liked the small class of 10.

Complexity of the recipes: I will do several of them for my friends

The food was: I loved the flavors. Mussels will continue to be on my "will try if I have to" but these were the best that I have ever tasted because they were not rubbery and the other flavors were magic.

The skills you learned were: I got to filet the salmon - I will do that more often now. I wished that we could have made the Burlee because it was so smooth - mine is not that smooth,
