Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Louisa was very sweet and friendly, although she seemed a little unsure of herself. The atmosphere was: Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves thoroughly! Complexity of the recipes: I thought the recipes had the perfect amount of complexity for the setting. Not so easy that they were boring, but not so complex as to be overwhelming for us students. I enjoyed myself and had fun: I wish my husband and I lived in Portland so we could do this more often!
