The instructor was: Benjamin Bettinger was amazing. Not only a great chef but a very good instructor (who knew those things came together in the same package?) and a nice, friendly guy.

The atmosphere was: Wine helped.

Complexity of the recipes: Easy is good in this case. Complexity was at the right level for me.

The food was: Great meal and wine.

The skills you learned were: I will definitely be using the recipes and tricks I learned.
