The instructor was: Had great rhythm for the class, very informative, kept it pretty casual, very personable
The atmosphere was: The evening was cheerful, I think people would have had a bit more fun if we could have shared some vino together a tad earlier.
Complexity of the recipes: Mix of both complex and simple which was excellent. Showed me that some items were easier than expected while allowing me to learn new skills with some of the recipes.
The food was: Awesome.
The skills you learned were: Everything new that I learned will be useful somewhere down the line :)
I enjoyed myself and had fun: The class was a bit long... 4.5 hours. Felt like a part time job cooking at the end of the class. Dinner wasn't "ready" until about 9 pm, it would have been nicer to get started a bit earlier and eat earlier.
