The instructor was: Barb was wonderful and very helpful. Although the class was full, she was accessible to all. It was great to hear some of her stories and share recipes
The atmosphere was: The mix of people was great
Complexity of the recipes: I had cooked most of the dishes before but wanted to get my hands on some new ones here and I did.
The food was: The Crab Bisque was excellent and the veal with the mushroom sauce was great. I helped cook the bread pudding so I am biased in saying I really enjoyed that.
The skills you learned were: Didn't learn any new skills but learned how to prepare something new.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: This was my second class and I had great fun at both classes.
