The atmosphere was: It was a fun place and time to spend the evening. Complexity of the recipes: Being on a heart-healthy diet, I found that I could easily substitute agave syrup, spelt flour, etc. for my needs in the recipes. The food was: Everything was tasty! The skills you learned were: I appreciated the individual attention of the instructors as we made the various dishes. I enjoyed myself and had fun: I was glad that I signed up and attended the class.
