The instructor was: I adored him, he was funny but kept the evening moving along, very informative and could slow the tempo down to make a point.

The atmosphere was: I came alone and everyone was very amiable.

Complexity of the recipes: i really enjoyed the demo on how to prep a beef tenderloin from scratch, I'm picking one up on Friday afternoon and will attempt it myself on Saturday night.

The food was: Very rich but hey, it WAS appetizers.

The skills you learned were: Cleaning mushrooms, beef tenderloin demo.
