Complexity of the recipes: I have been baking bread for a very....long time. I call the recipe "complex" because the wonderful bread baking was different than anything I had ever done before. I loved the class.

The instructor was: Tim was very good, very engaging

Complexity of the recipes: They seem easy and the bread was good but trying on my own will be the true test.

The food was: The fresh bread made the sandwich and finding out how easy it is to pickle onions was great.

The skills you learned were: The folding instead of kneading should help.

The instructor was: We were impressed with his knowledge. This was someone who really knew the subject he spoke about. However, he was clearly comfortable with himself and did not set out to impress the class with how knowledgeable he was. His knowledge came through quietly in response to questions. This is the first class we have taken at your store but if your other instructors are on a par with this one, we would certainly take classes again.
