The instructor was: I really enjoyed her easy going manner and she was very affirming even when we were not doing so well.

The atmosphere was: We had a great time. It was fun and we learned alot.

The skills you learned were: Having never made cheese before, it was very useful.. I will make more cheese.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: The group we were with were really easy going and fun and Michelle made everyone feel comfortable and still taught us how to make cheese.
