The atmosphere was: Instruction was clear and professional but not daunting.
Complexity of the recipes: Choice made clear early efforts were not disasters, but would surely take some practice.
The food was: Our result was passable ricotta, encouraging mozzerella and aspirations for our Marscarpone -- which turned out perfectly after a night's draining. A lovely surprise this morning!
I enjoyed myself and had fun: I will look forward to another class.
