Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Lots of great info, great personality, kept everyone engaged. Complexity of the recipes: Just right. The food was: My absolute favorite foods. Tiramisu was Devine. The skills you learned were: I'm debating on making mozzarella right now at 5 past midnight b/c I can't wait until morning!!!! I enjoyed myself and had fun: Other students were nice. The staff was great. Very welcoming atmosphere. Love the vino.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Engaging & enthusiastic, Michele revealed her love of and respect for handling and enjoying food. The atmosphere was: Instruction was clear and professional but not daunting. Complexity of the recipes: Choice made clear early efforts were not disasters, but would surely take some practice. The food was: Our result was passable ricotta, encouraging mozzerella and aspirations for our Marscarpone -- which turned out perfectly after a night's draining. A lovely surprise this morning! I enjoyed myself and had fun: I will look forward to another class.
