Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: But this is good. Something to get started and realize that it is not as hard as one would anticipate. Just need to get the appropriate equipment. The skills you learned were: Just great to see a professional work and flow through the kitchen area and gives me context as I continue to improve my culinary skills. I enjoyed myself and had fun: This is my first class as such and I was a little shy in my approach but warmed quickly to the instructor and the process. Great hands on experience.

Additional comments and observations I enjoyed myself and had fun: A great way to spend Father's Day with my daughter, whose gift certificate to me last Christmas we used for this class. Amy was terrific.
