The instructor was: I didn't expect to be entertained so that is not the right word for me. But he was extremely qualified and informative and made the information interesting and clear.

The atmosphere was: The other students were great and the staff were all friendly.

Complexity of the recipes: I would have preferred the recipes to be in cups/tablespoons in addition to the weight measurements.

The skills you learned were: I'm planning to bake bread a couple of times a month now!

The instructor was: He was wonderful, friendly, willing to answer questions, give opinions and he gave excellent directions and support.

The atmosphere was: School staff were as ususal wonderful, friendly and attentive

Complexity of the recipes: Maybe closer to complex, but the chef made them seem easy, which is great

The food was: salad was wonderful, hot bread out the oven - divine

The skills you learned were: great helpful hints and lots of useful information
