The instructor was: Very pleasant with nice sense of humor. Relaxed and very prepared. Able to help and answer questions.
Complexity of the recipes: People seemed to be able to make sense of the recipes easily. Directions were clearly given and recipes correct.
The food was: Enjoyed learning how to use foods I don't know much about.
The skills you learned were: I cook with lemon grass often, but learned how to use it better.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: The assistant chef/helper was very pleasant and kept things well organized. I don't remember her name, but the other helper was wonderful. She has a nice way of greeting people and making them feel welcome.
