The instructor was: He was very informative and fun in explaining what we would be doing. He explained everything in a very personable way.
The atmosphere was: The place was very clean and the new area for table seating was nice. If we had to have sat around the cooking area, it would have been too crowded.
Complexity of the recipes: To me, they were easy to average. I liked that complexity as it encouraged me to go out and buy the ingredients to make some of the dishes this week!
The food was: Very, Very tasty. Yummy! I liked the salad, Imperial Rolls and Won Ton Soup best.
The skills you learned were: The chef explained how to heat the wok before adding the oil. How to toss the food while cooking and waiting for it to soak up the sauce before removing.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: I had a great time. I met some new people and will recommend In Good Taste to other people. in fact, I am going to see if my sister wants to take a class.
