The instructor was: Jeremy is so likeable. Very easy to visit with.

The atmosphere was: Lots of friendly guests, and staff.

The food was: Especially loved the General Tso's and Kung Pao.

The instructor was: Jeremy was very informative and helpful, he has a great personality then added a sprinkles of smiles and a dash of humor to make this a wonderful afternoon.

The atmosphere was: This is a perfect class for anyone looking to learn how to cook. You can come by yourself, with your significant other, or with a group of friends - our class had a blend of all of the above - lots of fun and all are welcome.

Complexity of the recipes: The dish we prepared was perfection - not so hard that you get irriated and want to give up but not so simple that it was boring and bland...it was a delicious fusion of flavors and blend of delicious textures.

The food was: simply put - yummy!

The skills you learned were: The things you learn in the Asian 101 class will help you in other dishes too. Helpful hints on cutting a whole chicken, how to flavor you food, and chopping technique for prep work. Can't wait to sign up for another class.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: If you love to eat and want to learn how to prepare things you think may be too complicated - this class is for you. The simple steps with hands on instruction leave you feeling confident in cooking and so full of amazing food you can't wait to tell your friends.
