Complexity of the recipes: I learned lots of new tips and ideas and the recipes are all something I will try on my own.
The food was: Of course, I thought the pork and meatballs, my two dishes, were great. I also liked the flank steak. The appetizer was delicious. The wine pairings were perfect.
The skills you learned were: Although we did not make the polenta, I think I finally have the information I need to replicate it. It was delicious.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: I would like to do at least 2 classes a year. I will try to get on it! It is worth it to challenge myself to learn new things.
