Complexity of the recipes: Recipes were just a bit different enough that they added to my repertoire. My favorite recipe was the Meatballs, even if I don't think they quite turned out the way they were supposed to be. I will try them again at home.

The food was: Will try every recipe again at home.

The skills you learned were: I learned some new techniques . The meatballs braised in liquid was very interesting.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Helpful and attentive staff.

The instructor was: Very knowledgeable and very supportive

The atmosphere was: Students and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Complexity of the recipes: I learned lots of new tips and ideas and the recipes are all something I will try on my own.

The food was: Of course, I thought the pork and meatballs, my two dishes, were great. I also liked the flank steak. The appetizer was delicious. The wine pairings were perfect.

The skills you learned were: Although we did not make the polenta, I think I finally have the information I need to replicate it. It was delicious.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I would like to do at least 2 classes a year. I will try to get on it! It is worth it to challenge myself to learn new things.
