Definitely. We wanted to take our home cooking up a notch. Jeremy was fabulous and answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable. I will email Jeremy for more recipes. So glad he offered.

I did not receive a reminder email to bring an apron. Wish I had one. More classes for the home chef. I see you are offering a knife class. Great! I would offer an apron and serve more wine for your guests. More wine paring with the food.

Good quality and value for cost. Staff is very accommodating and friendly and I love getting little sideline tips from the instructor. Very inspiring!

Yes. I love the classes. I wish there was a cooking school during the day. I would be interested in a program that started with the basics and progressed to more complex skills or technique.
