The content of the class was not quite what I hoped for for. Too much time was spent on other than cooking seafood. I would like something like an advanced fish cookery class that concentrated entirely on cooking several kinds of fish. |

terrific menu-loved everything we prepared and ate. Appreciated the instructor's enthusiasm for his profession and for food, enjoyed his anecdotes which added to interest in class. |
